Everyday at noon im connected without internet for up to 4 hours! Everyday!

I hate this company 

Everyday at noon im connected without internet for up to 4 hours! Everyday! Just got off the phone with them and they want to do their lil tests. She says its showing it's good, my router is so hot to the touch it will burn you. System and transmit lights are out lan and wifi are blinking i have a picture of it. Worse company ive ever tried dealing with!!! You expect to get paid every month well I expect to have wifi all day not 19-20 hrs a day.i bought starlink and im dismantled hughesnet sending all the crap equipment back. And installing starlink.ive fought with this company for over a yr now and hasn't 1 time fixed my issue!!!! Hughesnet is a joke.im putting that on a sign and putting it in my front yard.so all the rich ppl living at the lake can see it and know better then to get trapped in this worthless wifi for 2 yrs. You know it sux that's why we sign the 2 yr lease!! Thanks for nothing
