Internet down

Is there an issue? My internet is down in Louisiana.  And your mobile app isn't responding either. Tried to call, system put me on hold and never came back. Waited an hour. Seems like hughesnet disappeared.

    That's very weird and also super frustrating, especially on the weekend. The HN reps on this site will be back tomorrow and reply to you, but you may want to keep trying the 800 number (maybe after prime time in the  evening or very early in the morning).
