Thank you for reaching out! To our knowledge, there is no ongoing outage. Have you attempted to retrieve a state code through the System Control Center? To do so, on a device directly connected to the modem, please go to your web browser and go to http://systemcontrolcenter.com. Once the HughesNet page populates, please click on System Status at the top of the page and post what the System State code is here. It should be in a 0.0.0 format.

Thank you Remy. It came back up. Do you know of anyone who comes to the house for this problem that I could call. It’s down more than up.

Are you able to access the System Control Center to obtain a state code? This would help us identify the issues you're experiencing, and figure out a proper solution.
