You should remove all personal information from your post, because this is a public site.
The Hughesnet reps on this site will contact you and request any information they need to be sent via private message. You can also call the 800 customer service number, because the reps aren't here on the weekends.
I suggest you change your account username and password, as now you're at risk of being hacked.

You're welcome. Not trying to drive you crazy, but you really should put in the issue you're having with the WiFi. Just explain the issue without providing any personal information such as account numbers, addresses, passwords, etc. The reps here can ask you to send them a private message when/if they need the information. They won't be around today because of the holiday, but hopefully they will reach out tomorrow.
