Can someone please tell me if huges internet is down. We don’t seem to have it. Or could someone please check. Our account. I am handicapped and can’t go back and forth to check it. Thanks

Are you able to access the System Control Center to obtain a state code? This would help us identify the issues you're experiencing, and figure out a proper solution.
