Limited to no service.
Home internet is spotty at best. Most days can't connect at all.
I noticed my bill for hughes net has been lowered, although I haven't changed anything.
Is this because of the lack of internet connectivity?
Can a tech run diagnostics, or explain the problem, please.
As I can't connect from home I don't know when I'll be able to return to this forum for any replies. I only am able to post now because I drove a friend to the hospital and am on their wifi.

I'm glad you found the community, thank you for posting. I apologize for the issues with connectivity. After running diagnostics on your account, it appears there are issues with the modem and your alignment with the dish. I will be sending a tech out at the first available date.
