Mesh WiFi booster
My wn 3000 isn't broadcasting anymore to connect to. LAN light is off. I tried to sync it with a wired LAN cable . With the cable connected all lights working. Still not broadcasting. Called tech with not much luck. Got disconnected.

Thank you for reaching out to us and I am sorry to hear this. I am sorry for the inconvenience but the booster may need a hard reset which will require the installation process again. First unplug the WN3000 from the outlet
for a full 30 seconds before plugging it back in. Then follow the steps below.
I recommend using the Wi-Fi signal strength gauge in the HughesNet Mobile App to help find the area halfway between an excellent Wi-Fi signal and where there is poor/no signal.
Ensure the area around the Mesh Wi-Fi Node is not cluttered and provides adequate ventilation for the device. If it was working well in its original spot you can still place and plug it back in there. -Damian
Thanks for the information. My booster is working properly now.
Thanks again,Jesse L. Collett
