Passwords will not work,

So I have my passwords saves for automatic login.

I also have a hug2 and a hug5 account. I opted not to use the 5g account because I was afraid it would use way to much data. Seems like im being forced into using the 5g. My 2hug account doesn't let me in with my password won't accept another new password. I even tried the password off the box,and it won't accept that either. Reset the box, still nothing. I felt like I was being toyed with when I was talking to customer service. She was playing dumb with me. She had put me on hold and then when I did what she asked me to and got back she took a minute to respond. She had me do the same stuff over and over again. I asked if she could just help me reset my password? Nope. She insisted that my wifi wasn't working because the satellite wasn't communicating with them. That's not what I was told in the call earlier that I was hung up on and chat all the sudden ending the night before with the excuse that ( Sonetimes that just happens)!!. I bet by the new modem im sent that I am locked into a 2 year contract again. Has anyone else had a problem like this ?

    Best thing you can do now is wait until one of the reps here sees your post and replies to it.  They seem to have more authority than the people on the phone.  

    Also, a new modem won't start a new contract.
