Hi, We have used 77% of our 20G in 11 days. Does anyone know if these same issues could be happening with Dish as well as DirecTv? Thanks!

Very likely -- if your Dish is connected to the internet, then it may be pulling data and may be responsible for your data drain. If there's a way to disconnect it, you should try it, or you can change the network password so it can't access the network. That will tell you if Dish is the culprit.
