Intermittent loss of connection

I am experiencing intermittent loss of connection for the past few months (the dreaded "No internet" message).  All the HT2000W lights are on.  Rebooting the modem can resolve the issue for a short period of time but it then recurs.  It isn't the weather (I'm in Texas).  It isn't a browser issue (multiple browsers). It isn't a computer issue (multiple computers both LAN and WAN connections).  It initially started out as a once to twice a month problem but has now migrated to two or three times a day issue.

Any suggestions?

Your best bet is to wait for one of the HughesNet reps on this site to reply to you. They can check your modem remotely to see if there's any problem with it and ask more troubleshooting questions.
