new customer - mobile super slow vs laptop

new to hughesnet and although laptop is not the fastest i can use it  - however, on mobile, using the SAME wifi etc it is painfully slow - i.e. just bringing up a simple site like cbssports.com take ...

I'm glad you found the community, thank you for posting. I ran diagnostics on your site just to double check the HughesNet system, and that's working normally. 

 

Here's some ideas to consider and try out to improve the speed on your Pixel 5. I don't think this is mentioned on either site, but I'd also doublecheck that the Pixel is up-to-date as well.
