No Internet

Hello All, The system light on my modem is not on. All other lights are on. The transmit light flashes often. And no I haven't  ran into it, lol, and I don't  think there have been any high winds. C...

    It is working now. I used it Friday night. It was inoperative Saturday and today until early afternoon when I noticed all lights on the modem illuminated. So I signed in this evening and it's working fine.

Have you tried calling the 800 number? They're available 24/7 and they can check the modem remotely for you.

I usually come here first. I often have a hard time understanding them and I am slow to process their instructions. But they do always get it fixed in th end.
