Remotely reset modum
I rwad a thread on how a HN tech support staff was able to remotely reset a customer's modum at their vacation home. I'm hoping a tech person can do the same for me. We have a similar issue. Our security cameras went offline last night. In the thread I read Amanda from HN was able to fix the issue from her end. Can anyone help out please?

Thank you for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear this happened. I can see that the tokens you had did indeed disappear on the 14th. I will need to escalate this issue as I am unable to see if the tokens were used by accident or actually vanished. This may also be a visual glitch and for that, I will need confirmation from our engineering team This is not a very common issue but as was mentioned earlier, has been observed before. Once I have a result from the escalation I will get back to you on this as soon as possible.

I've seen two other instances of something similar happening over the last couple of months. I wonder if it's some kind of system glitch.
Whatever the case, both of those instances were resolved, so I've no doubt this will be too.

When you go to the System Control Center, is there nothing under Data Tokens?
At the top of the pages in this community, mouseover My Account, and then go to Usage. To the left of "Buy Tokens" it should say how many tokens you have left.
