Slow or no internet in the evenings
So, the last 3 evenings, I have lost internet in the evenings...from about 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. It starts working fine around midnight and the morning hours. I called tech support last night around 1...
It was working fine at 4:00 pm. Then at 5:00 pm, internet went down again. The system status showed that "TCP acceleration is down"...whatever that means.
I'd definitely have the tech come out, as they may very well be able to figure out the cause.
Judging by the way it happens, it wouldn't surprise me if it has something to do with condensation, whether in a fitting(s) or the radio itself. As the day cools down condensation starts to build up. That's just a guess, and the cause may be something else entirely.
