System state code 11.2.1

Our internet has been out since last night 8/8/2024. Showing the error code 11.2.1

We had a pretty bad storm all Day yesterday but now it's sunny here. How do I check where our gateway is? I don't know the weather for over there. Hopefully all clears up and connects soon.
