Thanks for following up! We're sorry to hear the technician visit didn't fully solve your ongoing issue. I'd like to see if a modem swap will do the job. We're interested in seeing if this resolves the issue before escalating it further. I'll be sending the modem with all fees waived. Please expect the replacement soon!
