After running diagnostics on your account, everything seems to be functioning on our end. There doesn't seem to be an issue with the alignment or the view of the dish.
Do you have any idea why it could be fluctuating all over the place like it is? It will literally change from 95 to 73 in seconds, then go back up, then change all over the place in between.

I think it likely is a tree. Thankfully, I know exactly which one and it wouldn't too hard to take it down. It's not a big one, thankfully. It's even worse today, dropping down into the 50s and even 40s, then back up into the 90s within a second or two.
I believe it is affecting my service. Yesterday it took nearly eight hours to perform my Windows Updates. It would have normally taken less than fifteen minutes or so. With this said, there's no sense in going through any troubleshooting until that tree comes down.
This is when it's dumping so low I lose connection. Only four instances, but still. Mostly clear skies...
I think the tree is coming down this evening. I've got to get some rope to pull it in the opposite direction of the house with our lawn tractor before I cut it.
This is the tree in question. It's edited together, as it was too big to fit into one pic. The red line is where I believe it's interfering with the signal.
I'm not sure why the signal is doing that but from our end, all the diagnostics are showing the equipment working normally. If you have any problem browsing, we're happy to look into that.
