Poor response to no service from hughesnet

Does a human ever see emails to support?  All I get back is an automated reply.  It changes case number and closes the case each time.  Says to call support where you will be run through a scripted routine and put on hold to eventually lose the connection.  I don't know when I can post this as system went down as I typed.

Try asking in the Tech Support section, where they <drum roll> handle tech support questions.
