freezes up
I'm a new customer and I'm a little disappointed with video streaming. I have one device on smart TV in same room as router and my video keeps freezing up every couple minutes.....one device ? It makes me regret purchasing this.
Try turning off the Video Data Saver to see if it makes any difference, especially if you are streaming in HD. It may be the cause of the buffering.
If this doesn't help and you need to troubleshoot, you should repost this in the Tech Support section.
