I'm a new customer and I'm a little disappointed with video streaming. I have one device on smart TV in same room as router and my video keeps freezing up every couple minutes.....one device ? It make...
Try turning off the Video Data Saver to see if it makes any difference, especially if you are streaming in HD. It may be the cause of the buffering.
