I just wanted to thank Helen Planti in the Brownsville, TX office for helping me over the weekend! She took all the time I needed to explain the upgrades available, the terms I didn't understand (aging Baby Boomer,) and listened to all of my concerns.  Her help was so very much appreciated and I wanted everyone out there to know!
