Cant connect to USPS

I cant connect to USPS. I get the following error message. You don't have permission to access "http://tools.usps.com/" on this server.

Reference #18.edbc3b17.1499073533.43645be . I have cleared cookies and rebooted router but still cant connect, also turned off web acceleration.  Is anybody else having this issue?

This has been a known issue for some time, strangely it hasn't impacted me in ages...  The first thing to try is disabling uPnP on the HT2000w.  Make sure to reboot all devices after you have disabled it, and let us know if that works or not.

Had the same problem on Gen 4 for several hours. Probably a certificate or other communications issue with the USPS site.
