General question regarding technicians

Can subscribers request (and pay for) a Hughesnet technician to come on site to check out their system?

I'm just curious.

Good morning maratsade!

Yes they can! Typically, if someone calls in to ask for a tech, troubleshooting is required to determine whether a tech is needed. If the customer still insists on a tech despite troubleshooting (or no troubleshooting) showing no need for a visit, they still pay the standard $125 fee.

If you have a tech or billing question and need help, please start a new thread in the appropriate board. Unsolicited Private Messages may not get replies.
