I keep getting no internet detected but when I go to setting it says secure but no internet,yet my sister which is downstair says she never gets that message. I the modem bad? I have had a tech come to the house several time and he sees no problem. This problem has been going on ever since I have had hughs. Pleas can you help? thank you Jean

If you don't see that message it means upstairs is a bit too far from the modem for the connection to stay stable. We can explore some options to help with this.
