Internet down about a month.
Received new modem I was told modem was issue.
I installed New Modem
Still no System Transmit and Receive lights.
It sounds like there could be a problem with the connection to the satellite, but the only way to know that is for the reps here to run system diagnostics. They're on Monday - Friday from approximately 9AM to 6PM EST. Hopefully you'll see a reply from one soon. With you being new to the HughesNet Community the reps may need some personal info from you in order to locate your account, but they'll ask for it to be sent via private message, for which they'll provide a link.
