Reinstall stuck on pointing

Can someone please abort this process. My internet was working,but slow so I tried a reinstall and now it's not working at all. I saw a previous post about the agent (Amanda) being able to abort this process and continue the registration

You may want to call the 24/7 customer service line at 866-347-3292 and see if they can stop the process from their end.
