System and Transmit light off

HT1100, system and transmit light not on. Checked plugs, rebooted, unplugged from wall and checked satellite. Nothing changed it.

Went to the 192.168.0.1 thru LAN and system status is marked RED and when connectivity test is ran it states "unable to resolve gateway. You do not have connectivity to the gateway"
