Nice to see someone is getting help instead of being told that your equipment is not old. If your stuff is more then 2 years old it is outdated, no matter how many software updates you get.

The mods here are very helpful. If you have a tech or account issue, go to the appropriate area, write a polite post outlining your issues, and you will be helped as well.
