Very poor modem performance all of a sudden

Hi my modem is 6 years old and it was reused when I moved and it still worked fine except for this past year where to download speeds suddenly became very slow, I'm on the 15 GB plan but I don't have any interest in upgrading I'm satisfied with the download speeds on my plan when it's at peak efficiency. I have a new Windows 11 PC and my PS4 is also new, it took literally 4 hours to download a small system update on my PS4 for example. Even when my data is available the download speeds are still very slow which is a new problem. The first 5 years the speeds were consistent and was happy about the speeds so this is a new problem this past year.

 

I disabled all non essential processes and programs, still no effect and theirs no other updates running. I power cycled it multiple times and no change, it was connected to an LAN cable and WIFI was disabled and no effect. The modem is 6 years old and has seen constant use so I think that it's at the end of it's service life since its lost most of its efficiency, so I'd like a new modem please.
