Can't these programmers fix a simple problem when the error page shows exactly where the error is?
It has been over a week since I reported the loss of the hourly usage data and nothing has been done.

I've escalated this internally for our devs and management to address as they see fit. We suggest going to MyAccount>Usage in your Support Center to check your usage.

Maybe it's still around because it's the only useful and practical Hughes tool still available to us for identifying mysterious usage. Hopefully it will remain around. Take it away and you do all of us a huge disservice. The one you refer us to is useless for tracking down the DDDD aka the Dreaded Data Drain Disease.
Thanks, but I already go there. I want hourly data and don't want to have to set my alarm for each hour to go to the cumulative page. It stopped working 4/4 sometime after 4pm and started presenting the page (old or not) I enclosed. This has happened before, but it has been fixed in 1-2 days usually on your own.
It may be an old page, but, it's very useful and not duplicated anywhere else on Hughesnet's site. Usage data by the hour is very useful for chasing down problems - I hope it gets fixed !!
