$9.99 new customer discount promised by sales person not applied
Hello, when I setup this account I was told that I quilified for a $9.99 that would offset the Static IP address cost of $9.99. I just talked with the billing department Case number 116146809 he stated that he did not see a discount bing applied and I would have to request the sales conversation be pulled and reviewed. there will be several calls to be reviewed because the sales person returned my call.

Welcome to the community! Glad you made it, we can certainly help look into this. I pulled up your account and I do see a discount on the account which covers the IP adddress cost. Please check your private messages (PM) in the top right corner, I'll send you a PM with more detail.
