If you had difficulty in finding your SAN it can be found by entering 192.168.0.1 into your browser and looking in the area of top/center of page:

This info was not confusing it was trying to find the right info to register the customer I was talking with the representative and info was not entering into the system-do not know if you have the info on the customer or not but it is [removed email, never post personal info] Act #34064311 Service date 7/2/2016 please confirm that you have received this info Thank you in advance

Good morning rcrhome,

Thanks for posting, the only way to check on the status is through that site. When I tried to fill out the registration info on the Refer a Friend site, it said you were already registered, so there's that at least.

If you try to log in, you'll see this page: 
https://hughesnet.getambassador.com/login/

Beyond that, you should be able to check on the Refer a Friend rebate status.
