Finally got through on the phone and after answering the questions they say they can't cancel since most people didn't come to work. They won't do it on line, won't do it on chat and now they won't even do it on the phone. No other options left just keep paying.

never got to talk to a real person. Computer asked if my phone was the one on my account and after I answered its other questions it said they couldn't process a concellation now due to the covid inpact on who is working.
