If you think that's bad, consider this, the only Satellite Competitor for Hughes doesn't offer a 30-day window, locks you into a 2 year contract, publicly states that they gave bad information (people on certain plans got screwed), and will not accept ANY payment form other than credit/debit. They won't even allow paper billing. :)
