Today I have signed to sell this property (my house) with realtor that I only have until 01-04-2022 and I just want to be sure the ETF would be 85 dollars correct as my two years agreement is until 01-28-2022?
Here's the reduction by month. So it looks like you're correct; if you cancel during the last month, then the ETF is $85.
Oh of course when that time come I return the modem including AC adapter and the radio transmitter? or be charged 300? Is the radio transmitter on the dish?

Yes. The instructions for removing the radio, which will also be included in the equipment return box they send, are here.
If, for whatever reason, you're not able to retrieve the radio yourself, they can send a tech to remove it for you, but there is a charge. I think it's $125, but I'm not 100% on that.
thank you for the information I'm just getting prepared so I will know what to do when that time come that I move out back to Jacksonville in Mandarin area. Is Hughesnet supported in those area because I know Comcast uses landline and it does have outages almost all the time. Zip Code is 32223.
Go here: https://www.hughesnet.com
Enter your new address and it will show if there are plans there. Or enter a random address from the same area.
I have not decided what house yet but I'm sure it is in the zip code 32223 area.

Good news it is supported...
I used a random address from that zipcode, and all plans seem to be available for the area. 🙂
If you do end up wanting HughesNet at your new location, they do offer a moving service, where you take just the modem and power pack with you and they install a dish at the new location.

I don't believe any ETF would apply as part of the moving thing is agreeing to a new 24 month commitment. You'd leave the radio in place on the dish assembly.

Hmm it looks like I need it returned as I discovered Charged for not returning a radio transmitter - HughesNet Community - 19589 topic? I didn't want the same story that the person have went through but I have not moved yet.

That's when cancelling the service. Moving is different.
If/when you set the move up, they'll give instructions. @Liz or another rep can verify that you don't need to do anything with the radio when moving your service.
Edit: You can also see in this info concerning relocation that there's no mention of needing to return the radio.
You can read about how it works here: https://legal.hughesnet.com/RelocationProgram.cfm

I'm not really sure. I'd create a new topic asking how to delete your account so that the reps will see it and help.
As far as I know a person's email account is supposed to automatically close 30 days after their service account closes.

Hmm well I was a operator for my site long time ago and I don't run it anymore. It is easy just unsubscribe the notifications when getting replies on Gabe's actions and why did you place monitor with Gabe. Is he your son or something? well it is not my business to know and I'm not the operator on this forum software.
