False advertisement

This system was installed yesterday afternoon and I attempted to use it for the first time today and it doesn’t work for my needs.

I was told this is what I would need to be able to game online, it has a lag of 1-3 seconds making that impossible.

Had I not been told this would work for what I needed, I would’ve never signed up for this service.

I want a refund.

Who told you this is what you need to game online, a reseller?

It's not false advertisement, because the information is openly available on the website.  You may have been misled, though, and this can be verified if you ask that your sales call be reviewed. Just post on this site, asking for a review of your sales call. This will allow the HN reps on this site to pull your sales call and see if the seller set proper expectations.

I'm glad you found the community, thank you for posting.  Please private message me your accout number or the associated phone number so I can look into requesting your sales call for review to determine whether the sales rep set the appropriate expectations. I'll post back once I get the results.

I’d like a review of my sales call please. I feel I was misled into purchasing something I can’t actually use since my only use is for gaming.

I was told it would work for that.
