First month and already confused

When I signed up for Hughesnet service last month the rep was suppose to be signing me up for the special of 20 gbs for $59.  Instead, now that I've learned to navigate the website and see my data usage, I see that I'm only getting 10 gbs.

Hi Tezell, Thank you for posting in the community, The offer of $10 off the 20GB plan is still available to you. I apologize if there was any miscommunication during the sales call. If you would like to upgrade the plan you can do so under shop/upgrade in the navigation header.
