Just did it again minutes ago and results where
Common reasons this can occur are as follows:
- Ensure selected service matches Rebate Description as seen on your first bill preceding HughesNetrebates.com as you can see if look at 1st bill $100 Rebate qualify is listed on 8/31
- You have not waited the eligible timeline of 31 days active service. this one is laughable due to being over 60 days since 1st bill
- You ordered a service plan that is not eligible for a rebate. Laughable again since it is even listed on the bill option qualify on 8/31 BIll
- Your account is in collections and is not eligible for a rebate. Laughable due to paid up in full to current month which isnt due until 11/30
- You are on a government subsidy program and are not eligible for a rebate. I am not a goverment subidy program

Allenwhiteside,
What is the exact name of the rebate you're applying for on the website?
Thanks,
Remy
