Last month I had my service updated to Gen5. After the upgrade I lost over 6166 MB of tokens that are no longer showing on my account. Can anyone help me with this problem please?
This is definitely something that the reps will have to help with. Though I don't know for sure that they need to be in this section, I will tag the reps so that they will be sure to see your post and help you. They're on M-F from approximately 8AM to 5PM EST, and it can take them a couple of working days to reply.
