New and worried customer.

Why can't I see any details on my Dec bill due in a few days?? I can't even tell if my November bill was pd. IS it being taken out of checking? Not happy, I shudder to think I'm wasting my GB w/ this post. Even this post was time consuming.

You can also check your account balance and view invoices by logging into your dashboard at:

I see it's your first post here, so welcome to the community! Bill and Gwalk have provided some useful info about checking your invoice. Yes, you can check it online on the day it comes out. For you, your billing date is the 19th of every month. If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Smiley Happy
