SLOW SLOW SLOW INTERNET.............TIRED

I want to cancell my internet.. I was told I would have no problem getting to watch Netflex... that was #1 question I asked when looking for internet.. They said no problem only possible whould be if we play shooting games online against others.. we don't... I think they lied to me and I am tired I can't even do my homework online takes so long.... these questions were asked from the very start....What do I do now?

Are you currently in FAP (Fair Access Policy)?  To view your remaining data allowance please visit http://192.168.0.1 and make sure you still have data, otherwise your connection will be throttled back.

How do you adjust Netflix to standard definition?

We're fine on low definition, largest screen is 32" though.

I use NightShift for Netflix - it is a time shifting service that uses my bonus bytes to download shows between 2-8am, and lets me watch them any time. Works great and I feel like I am getting my money's worth out of my bonus bytes since now I actually use most of them every month!

Hi Nanny,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the community! Has any of the suggestions brought up by our community members been helpful? Netflix can be used with our service, however with a data allowance you have to monitor how much you watch and at what resolution. Looking forward to your reply.

This internet is so slow... i have called to cancell got on this community board i have chatted i have emailed... I don't want this you lied to me... i can't do homework gotta go to work cause it took 4hours to do 45 minutes of stuff... then i had to cancell the netflex keeps buffing... i asked about all of this in the biggening... and i don't under stand dashboard says afte 2 days 65% internet.. we can't even use it. STOP MY SERVICE NOW.... THEN YOU TOOK PAYMENT OUT AFTER YOU TOLD ME YOU WOULDN'T AND I HAVE OVERDRAFT CHARGES.. SICK SICK
