IVE BEEN CALLING FOR TWO WEEKS NOW TO TRANSFER MY SERVICE AND JUST KEEP GETTING HUNG UP ON BY THE AUTOMATED SERVICE. IF IM NOT ABLE TO HAVE SERVICE WILL MY CARD STILL BE DEBITED EVERY MONTH LIKE IT HAS BEEN AND WILL I STILL BE CHARGED FOR TERMINATING SERVICE THAT I CANNOT GET TRANSFERRED.
I see it's your first post here, so welcome to the community! Thank you for reaching out to us. By "transfer of service" do you mean transferring ownership of the service? Or did you move and need to get installed at the new location?
