Unable to get online
Beginning yesterday I have not been able to use the net. Have unplugged all cords from modem and re-seated. Only bottom and top lights are on. Modem is an HT 1100. Browsing here with my phone I was able to learn what info you might need to help me. State code (11.2.1). No connectivity to gateway. can't log into Email
I have the exact same problem as margar in an earlier thread. About two weeks ago I got a 403 error when I tried to log in. In a couple of days the problem went away and I was able to use Email. About 10 days ago when I clicked on MY EMAIL one of two things began to happen. Sometimes when I click MY EMAIL a new tab of Hughes home page will open instead of the log in page. Other times the log in page will open, but when I enter my info the Hughes home page will open instead of my Email. Haven't been able to use my Email for over 10 days. also I can't log out of Hughes home page, and when I came here today I was still logged in from yesterday.
