@mark_shaffer100, Like @GabeU suggested, you should start your own thread. The HN reps on this site work with each user individually, and the best way to do that is to have separate threads for each user who needs help. To start your own thread, go to the Tech Support main page and click the blue button labeled +Start a topic. Provide as much context as you can and then wait for a rep to get involved with your case, keeping in mind that they're not on 24/7 like the phone reps.
