The best thing you can do right now is to wait until one of the HN reps on this site sees your post and gets involved. They will try to connect remotely to your modem to see if they can figure out what is happening, and they will let you know about next steps.
Thank you! I think I'll accept your solution, I know what you say is true,(if I change my mind I will send my #). I was having a similar problem with my Direct TV so I moved the dish.(fixed) I think it's easier to move the dish than to top or remove the trees, they are very tall and leaning toward my neighbors house.
