I just called to cancel my service. I've been with HN since 2009. I have had a few issues, but most of the time my service was GOOD. I would like to thank all the HN employees that have helped with my issues. Many other on this forum have help me learn to use the internet to research & fix many problems over the years. The 877-329-1430# work fine. I called this morning to check if # worked . The woman on the phone answered all my questions. She was very polite. No I did not ask about canceling my service. I did ask if someone on Gen4 wanted to cancel their service what equipment needed to be returned. If customers are polite towards the CS, they will be polite also.

If HN lifts caps it will more than likely cause more problem. Most people can't restrict themselves to using the internet just for schoolwork & research. Many parents use it as a babysitter. JMHO Reggie
