We had a tech come out to check our equipment, very knowledgable and only took about twenty min or so to diagnose and fox the problem! Thanks you guys keep up the great work!!! Love my Hughes!

LOL yep Any time i get info on a potential fix for something yall suggest, i copy and paste and print out. i have a binder i put these in just in case, i have rarely had to use them but it kinda keeps me from bothering yall and helps me know a little more! Hey there guys, well i dont know what happened some how it is up and working now, i gotten a little frustrated, i jerked everything out of the wall threw on the floor a couple of time, plug everything back in and wahla its back to working! lol just kiding,, Although i did not try what you suggested but i will save this procedure for the next time something like this happes, i dont know i guess it fix itself! By the way i do every thing on Microsoft Edge, iam curious about one thing though every now and again i get a pop up that says "my hughes.net is out of date" regarding my email iam guessing! I dont know, at least its all working now. But i want to seriously thank you guys for the great response and work that yall do, it is very vert to find help like yall give! IF i ever need i any help i will be back! Thanks again stargate7

the last few days i have been having problems with my e mail loading on the hughes web site, just says loading but never comes up! Are they having a problem with it? Do i need to give you another email address so you can get back with me or will you be able to do it here, Never mind it would be a reply here! My Bad u have got to excuse me had a tiring day. I dont let stuff like this bum me out! Iam one go with the flow type of person! I hope every body would just chill and let this Covid-19 play out, from where iam at we are just distancing our selves and ALL the resturants have the "To Go deals going on" NO dine inns for now until April 3rd and the the Gov. will make a decision on wheather to extend that date or not! Well like the only extension i have is LastPass Password manager in my Edge Browser and have and have Hughes login credintials loaded on to this passwerif manager. I can turn it off or i can delete hughes from that Last Pass? I will try that next time. I sure do thank ya for the help and if you can think of anything else please let me know. Since the frist of this year (Jan. 2020) every time i go to pay my bill on line and when i click on submit it does nto do anything after a few times i just call in my payment adn do it that way! Other wise all is good with Hughes, never had any problems that the support team could not help me with i live in a rual area and this is a great service! Keep up the good work yall! stargate7

For the past two months i have not been able to pay my bill on line with the "Pay by Check" one time option. i dont think it has anything to do with my info because i double check all my info and its all correct but when i click to proccess a box pops up and says "invalid dress" it all the same as it is on my paper billing statment and on the biling site! What gives! I would rather pay on line rather than pay by phone! I have been paying on line for years until this startd happing in Feb.2019! Any ideas?

My email is not loading and had a long wait to even log in to the hughe site!! 4hrs to be exact, finally got a Login/Register button!! And it seems that its is really slow, Was working good Sat. nite until Sunday at 330pm!! Have yall been having some sort of problems!!

It is a "unsolicited" post based on my own experience! Pia I have not really had any big problems with the service and i had it now going on three years! At first i had a few snags but all in all, has been good! Knock on wood!! Have a great day!

When i first got the hughes net service i had some stuff i needed help with and what i did was sent them and e-mail and they took care of it rather well within the 48hrs. Hope this helps some one out there!
