Hello, I have also had an increase in spam. I get marking it as spam, but yet, it still goes into my inbox. I have also blocked them, but they still come through to my inbox. If we are going to mark them as spam, then shouldn't they go into our spam or junk folder? And if we block them, shouldn't HughesNet stop them?

I am also having the same problem with my iPhone. It started yesterday, (6/15/23) in the afternoon. I can access my email on my computer.

I am experiencing the same problem with the exception that I can generally get email on my phone but am completely unable to get HughesNet to work on my computer. Everything else works, just not HughesNet. This is the case at home and at work, two different locations, so I know it’s not the internet.

When ever I tried to send an email from my computer it says message not delivered. when I try sending from my phone is says the connection to the server failed. A short while ago I tried replying to a group email that the att.net email was a part of. That time the email went through. Maybe it was just something that had to do with the original email that wouldn't work. It's strange, but is working now. Thanks for your help. Mary S.

Hi Maratsade, I've tried sending from my computer and from my phone using the mail app broth from home with hughesnet wifi, without hughesnet internet and just cellphone data and I also tried at the store today with the store's internet.
