Re: Need service moved to new address Thank you so much for the information, Maratsade That gives me a good place to start. I was looking for a new ISP when I decided to check back here for an answer, I did send a private message to Liz. Hopefully, I can get an answer before I have to make a decision to get a new ISP, who can do my job tomorrow. He is calling me back for my answer at 2:30 PM this afternoon. Thanks for your help. Need service moved to new address I am in process of moving to a new home and need my HughesNet service moved as soon as possible. There is never anyone home at Customer Service. How do I get this job taken care of? Jimmie Re: Being redirected to Echo Star Purchasing Corp. Thanks a lot, GabeU. I was afraid they were selling out to someoneelse. I sure didn't want to have to get used to a new ISP. I appreciate your help. Being redirected to Echo Star Purchasing Corp. Each night before shutting down, I go to my usage page to check my daily bandwidth use, I have tried repeatedly to reach that page tonight and it is not possible. It is always redirected to EchoStar Purchasing Corp with this pop up message ATTENTION There was an issue logging you in. Please try again or contact Customer Support. What is happening? Is HughesNet being sold to someone else? Almost every link to Hughesnet is closed by Echo Star. I finally found this one works. Can anyone tell me what is happening? I cannot reach them at any of the phone numbers I have for them. There is an answer, then a lost connection. I can't access my email. I have tried repeatedly to send this message and each time it fails to post. I will keep trying for a bit before I give up. SolvedRe: Usage meter javascript error Thanks, Gabe. As I've said before, when I ask for step by step directions, this is what I need to know:2. Look for the following directory Windows: C:\Users\[your User name]\AppData\Roaming\. How do I get to that directory/folder? Can anyone tell me that? That is the first thing I need to know ikn order to do what needs to be done. Also, I have just seen where they have a new meter, Will that work without makikng any olther changes? Re: Usage meter javascript error .Just popping back in to see if there is anything new here. For months I have simply been going to their website to track my usage. I would love to have that meter back. It is just so quick and easy to use. I had hoped they might have something new that works without sending me into parts of my computerwith which I am unfamiliar. Guess not. Could you please tell me again step by step how to get to where I need to go to clear my computer of the remnants of the old usage meter? Re: Usage meter javascript error rondekarskeandGabeU Congrats rondekarskeon getting that meter to work. I'd love to have mine working but gave up on it long ago. I"m happy for anyone who can get it to work. I think it is time Hughesnet came up with something that works that does not require non-technical people to go into areas of their computers that could cause additional problems. Thanks for the notification. I always like to know if something has changed. Re: Usage meter javascript error Thank you so much, GabeU. That is exactly what I needed. I sincerely appreciate your help. Re: Usage meter javascript error "Delete the HughesNet folder in AppData."
