@davidk147 To get help with the internet issue, you should create a new topic in the "Tech Support" section, which you can do by clicking on the blue "Start a topic" button on the upper right while in said section. In that post, make sure to describe the issue, and what, if anything, you have done thus far to attempt to fix it or get it fixed. For the Credit Card, you can only replace it with another, or call and request to be put on paper billing. 866-347-3292

I'll try to remember to do that, but in the meantime I came up with the ultimate solution. I just spent the morning giving up on Outlook and moving over to Apple Mail. I have sunk too much time already in tech calls and conversations with three providers (you, my email host, and my Internet access provider). The problem with Outlook persisted no matter how fast the clean the connection. It happened at all hours of the day, constantly. I give up! Thanks for the help from Hughes.

systemcontrollcenter.com > WiFi Settings > Advanced Setup > WIRELESS > Right side in the Wireless box, under 5Ghz check the DFS Enabled box > Save settings > Click Administration on Menu > Reboot OR, change the channel selection from Auto to channels 36-48 or 149-165. Some countries do not support WiFi channels 149-165 click Save Settings. DFS Dynamic Frequency Selection is a mechanism that detects and tracks radar frequencies, changes 5g frequencies as to not cause interference with radar systems. This is mainly for Europe, but depending the developers/manufacturers/inteded market etc, tyhere are "Holidays". Seems to be broadcasting and has been stable for about a hour.

@markobbie The upgrade to Gen5 isn't something that is automatic. It's something you have to actively pursue yourself. Check https://www.hughesnet.com/ . Input your address to see what is available in your area. Keep in mind, too, that not all beams are active right now, so if there is nothing available for you now that doesn't mean there may not be something in the very near future. You can also call and ask, and I would recommend doing so, even if all plans are listed as available now. Use the phone number on that website. As for what's required and what it costs to upgrade, the pricing isn't the same for every situation. Plus, being that you are currently in a contract and are fairly new, that may change the situation, as well. Also, most likely, what be required is a dish repoint and a new modem. With that said, depending on your location, that may even be different. The prices and process are not the same for any and every situation. Again, though, you should go to that site and check out what's available in your area at this time. Then, even further, you should call the number and ask what it would cost and require. Good luck.
